AudioControl AC-LGD

The AC-LGD is a load-generating device and signal stabilizer specifically designed for modern cars with Class D amplifiers. When factory speakers are removed, these systems can produce distortion, muffling, or harmful frequencies. The AC-LGD prevents this by using carefully selected resistors and a Zobel network to generate the correct load and stabilize the signal, ensuring your aftermarket audio system performs optimally.

The LGDs come as a pair and can be easily connected to your AudioControl Line Out Converters thanks to the pre-wired wiring. They are installed between the factory-installed speaker outputs and your line output converter or amplifier with speaker-level inputs. Each LGD pair has standard color-coded wires for front and rear connections, making installation simple. In addition, specific models are available for different vehicle types:

• AC-LGD: For vehicles from 2005-2015, fits all makes and models
• AC-LGD 20: For 2018 and later vehicles without reinforced OEM systems
• AC-LGD 60: For 2018 and later vehicles with reinforced OEM systems
