AudioControl AC-LGD 20

The AC-LGD 20 is a load-generating device and signal stabilizer specifically designed for vehicles without an external amplifier. Modern factory amplifiers may have built-in protection circuits that disable some or all of the audio outputs when the factory speakers are removed. The AC-LGD 20 prevents this by using carefully selected resistors to generate the correct load and stabilize the signal, ensuring your aftermarket audio system performs optimally.

The LGDs come as a pair and can be easily connected to your AudioControl Line Out Converters thanks to pre-wired wiring. They are installed between the factory speaker outputs and your line output converter or amplifier with speaker-level inputs. Each AC-LGD 20-pair comes with standard color-coded wires according to EIA standards for front and rear connections. This makes installation quick and easy. This version is ideal for vehicles from brands like Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Maserati that do not have an external amplifier.
